Book Intro Call form — your name, email address, focus area, phone number, preferred call channel, and requested date/time.
Share Your Experience (testimonial) form — your name, role/title (optional), and your written testimonial.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking scripts on this site. Standard web server logs (maintained by our hosting provider) may automatically record technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting purposes — this is a normal function of any hosting environment and is not used by us for tracking or marketing.

How we use your information

To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
To schedule, confirm, or follow up on introductory coaching calls.
To review and, if approved, publish testimonials on the "What Clients Say" page — in that case, your name, role, and testimonial text become publicly visible on the site. Testimonials are never published without review.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your information is stored

Submissions are stored securely on our web server and are accessible only through a password-protected administrative dashboard used by Nana Araba Abban. This dashboard is not publicly accessible and is not indexed by search engines.

Cookies

This site does not use marketing, analytics, or advertising cookies. The only cookie in use is a temporary session cookie, created solely when logging into the private administrative dashboard, to keep that login active. It is not set for regular visitors browsing the public site and contains no personal information.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Loading these fonts may share your IP address and browser information with Google, in line with Google's privacy policy. This is a standard, common practice for web fonts and involves no separate tracking by us.

How long we keep your information

Form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage your coaching engagement, or maintain a record of published testimonials. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll act on your request.
