What Coaching Is
A partnership that helps you explore ideas, challenges, and opportunities.

What Coaching Is Not
It is not counselling or therapy.
It is not mentoring or telling you what to do.
It is not about giving you the answers – it is about helping you find the answers that work for you.
How It Works
Sessions: We will usually meet for around [4–6] sessions, each lasting 50 minutes.
Frequency: Typically, every 2 weeks, but we will agree what works best.
Review: We will check in at the end of the sessions to see what has been useful and whether to continue.
Format: Ideally the maiden session will be in person. Subsequent sessions can be in person or virtually, whichever feels best for you.
